How to Order 16mm and 35mm Films
All bookings must be made by a phone call or by email correspondence to negotiate terms and to make sure a print is available. An order is only finalized when Milestone sends a written confirmation, it is signed by the exhibitor, and this is received by Milestone.
To Book a Film:
Many of the film listings include terms. These terms may be negotiable upon request, depending on individual situations. If admission is charged, the guarantee is versus 50% of gross admissions - whichever is greater.
Please call for classroom rates. These rates apply to scheduled classes at recognized institutions where only students registered for that specific class can attend.
Fees:
At the time you book the film, we send you a confirmation. Please read this over carefully, sign it, and return it to Milestone along with a purchase order from your institution (if possible). We will not ship out any print without a signed confirmation and/or an official purchase order. In some cases, we may stipulate prepayment in advance of shipping.
Orders & Payment:
Prints are shipped insured for their cost via Federal Express or UPS and must be returned the same way or an equivalent method. Do not ship prints back via US Mail unless specifically allowed by Milestone before shipping. Exhibitor pays shipping both ways. Shipping and handling charges for outgoing prints appear on your invoice. The immediate return of all prints is your responsibility.

Insurance:
No advertising is permitted for classroom screenings.
For public screenings, advertising materials (including press kits, ad slicks, stills and posters) can be requested using our online form.
Not all materials are available for every title. When you make your booking, please check with us to see if we have 35mm trailers, screeners and other advertising supplies for your film. Thanks. Some Press Kits are available online.
Milestone is the exclusive licensor for all the titles in this catalog, all of which are available here in their complete versions.
