To place an order by phone, please call 800.603.1104 between the hours of 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern time. If you reach our answering machine, please leave a message and we will return your call promptly. Outside of the United States, please call 201.767.3117.
Order by Fax:
You can fax your order to 201.767.3035. Milestone accepts American Express, Visa and MasterCard. Please include your name, address, phone number, type of credit card, card number and expiration date. We also accept purchase orders from universities, museums and libraries.

Flat rate of $5.95 for orders under 3 DVDs.
Ships by USPS First Class Mail
- Fedex 2-Day Service:
Flat rate $15, plus $2 per each additional DVD.
Orders usually arrive within 2 business days.
- Fedex Standard Overnight Service:
Flat rate of $30, plus $3 per each additional DVD.
Orders usually arrive on the following business day.
For New Jersey residents 7% sales tax will be added.
Shipping to Canada:
- USPS First Class Mail International
Flat rate of $8.95, plus $1.00 per each additional item.
